How I Reached 4 Million Views on Instagram and TikTok
While working with Stardust House, Riccardo Riccio and I teamed up to grow his personal brand around a music-driven project.
The goal?
Turn talent and story into reach — and attract real brand opportunities.
In a few weeks, we reached 4 million organic impressions across Instagram and TikTok.
Here’s how we did it.
1. Built the artist story before the content
We didn’t start with trends or sounds.
We started with Riccardo’s identity — his music, his values, and what made him different in a crowded creator world.
Then we shaped that into content:
Short cinematic edits
Voiceovers that felt real
Behind-the-scenes of sessions, writing and thoughts
Messaging that connected emotionally, not just visually
We made the content feel like Riccardo — not just look like content.
2. We scaled with structure, not luck
Every video was planned, shot, and repurposed across formats:
Instagram Reels
TikTok vertical edits
YouTube Shorts
Square recaps for stories and carousels
We created a light content system around each idea — turning one session into a full week of posts.
No burnout, no randomness. Just creative structure.
3. Brands started noticing
The numbers brought attention. But the positioning brought sponsors.
As Riccardo’s content grew, we aligned the look and feel with brand sponsors from fashion, music tech and lifestyle.
This wasn’t just visibility — it was professional branding for an artist, packaged in a way that attracted both audience and partnerships.
4 million views were not luck.
They came from clarity, rhythm and emotional strategy — built around an artist, not an algorithm.
